**Damaged or Defective Items**
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a claim within 30 days of receiving your product. We will gladly replace or refund the item.

**Lost in Transit**
For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

**Wrong Address**

**Unclaimed Returns**
Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 4 weeks.
